About The Australasian College of Health & Wellness

The Australasian College of Health & Wellness is a government accredited higher education provider specialising in the discipline of health science and focused on educating professionals for the health and wellness industries.

The Vision - The vision of the College is expressed through its commitment to deliver accredited higher education programs to students seeking careers in personal services, allied health care, health and wellness and life science industries.

The Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) is the first degree being offered. The College plans to offer additional qualifications in the health and wellness sector covering:

  • Personalised Health Science (personalised Pharmaceuticals and compounding pharmacy, Cosmeceuticals and Nutriceuticals)
  • Allied Health Care (Neuromusculoskeletal Management)
  • Aging Well (supporting all elements of the Aged-Care industry)

The Bachelor of Applied Health Science (Clinical Aesthetics) has been approved by the Tertiary Education Quality Standards Authority (TEQSA), the government body responsible for maintaining quality assurance across all higher education providers including universities. The process for approval of new degrees is lengthy and rigorous, and we are proud to be one of only two institutions in Australia to be approved in 2013. Welcomed by industry, this degree is the first of its kind to specialise in Clinical Aesthetics. It also boasts a major hands-on practical clinical component which means that upon graduation, you will be job ready.

A Course Advisory Committee comprising independent academic experts, members of professional bodies and peak industry associations, employer groups and College academic staff, has developed the course. The Academic Board of the College has approved the course.
